Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return or alteration request within 10 days of receiving your package.
Quality Inspection
Provide clear photographs of the garment if there are fitment issues or defects so our master tailors can review the craftsmanship and approve the request.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the unworn garment with all original tags attached in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship and Track
Send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method and upload the tracking number to your support ticket for processing.
