How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each garment is custom-made to your specifications, our standard production and shipping time is typically 3 to 4 weeks. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent orders.
What is your return policy for custom-made items?
Because custom suits are tailored specifically to your measurements, we do not offer full refunds. However, we provide an alterations credit or a remake option if the fit is not as expected according to our Fit Guarantee.
